A blouse under a jumper always ends in a wrestling match — this one has the collar built in

The jumper with the collar built in — that's what this is. I'm 67, and I've spent winters fighting the blouse-under-jumper battle. It looks lovely for ten minutes; then the collar disappears down the back, the sleeves bunch at the elbows like draught excluders, and by lunchtime you're wearing a wrestling match.
